SimplyCarePackages orders are shipped via United Parcel Service throughout the United States. Most orders placed by 3PM EST can ship that day.

Any order placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed the next business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING
The shipping charge of $10.50 is per recipient name and address.
If you are shipping more than 1 item to the same address, there will be a $7.25 additional charge for each extra item shipped.
Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.

1 to 2 Days IN, KY, OH
2 to 3 Days AL, DE, GA, IL, PA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, RI, SC, TN, VA, WV, MA, CT, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, MS, WI
3 to 4 Days CO, FL, KS, ME, NE, NH, OK, TX, VT, ND, SD, AZ
4 to 5 Days CA, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WY, WA

RUSH SHIPPING guaranteed within 2 business days. The shipping charge is $19.95 for the first item plus an additional $17.95 for each extra item to the same address.

NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING
The shipping charge is $33.50 for the first item plus an additional $31.50 for each extra item to the same address.

For Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping charge is $55.00. Please allow 3-6 days for delivery.

Please check your delivery address carefully. There is a $10.00 charge for an incomplete or incorrect address.

Some items have a surcharge due to their unusually large size or weight. We cannot ship to POs, APOs, or FPOs.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with any of the products included in your care package, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we may resolve any concerns that you may have. We will work with you to take care of the problem immediately regarding refund or replacement.

In order for a refund or replacement to occur, the entire care package, including all contents, must be returned. We will then troubleshoot the problem and resolve it accordingly. Returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis; any refunds issued will be credited in the manner in which payment for the original order was received, or in the form of a store credit, depending upon the circumstances.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender.

In cases where a package is returned as undeliverable, that package will be immediately forwarded to the billing address on file for the sender. The sender can then choose to forward the package to the recipient or otherwise allocate the package contents. This policy includes packages returned for any reason, aside from error on the part of SimpyCarePackages.com staff.
